CNC machining

We specialise in CNC machining complex precision parts in a wide range of typical materials. Using multi-axis machine tools from 3-8 Axis (capable of unattended running), we can produce parts in one complete operation for improved cost effectiveness and lead times.

CAD/CAM

All our CNC machinery has a direct DNC link into our Mastercam CAD/CAM system; this enables simple offline programming and NC program storage. In addition Fanuc Manual Guide for shopfloor programming. We can accept CAD files in a variety of conversion formats or even as solid models.

Prototype production
