Ensuring the accuracy of precision engineered components is critical for their application in most circumstances; we provide full inspection of our own components and those made by others.
Precision CNC engineering demands levels of precision that take considerable technology just to error check. Investment in some of the best vision measuring and CMM inspection equipment in the market has ensured our own work is always completed with exceptional accuracy and we can sub contract to check that of other engineers as well.
We use a Mitutoyo Quick Scope measuring machine as part of our detailed vision CMM inspection including full reporting via the Q-spark image processing software.
For all other CMM inspection of components we use a Sheffield Discovery D8 programmable Coordinate Measuring Machine with a Tesastar motorized and fully indexable probe head. Full reporting is offered via PC DMIS software.
We quantify and control every aspect of component engineering to ensure absolute accuracy in conversion of CADCAM files to solid components and parts.
